PUMA NBMBAA Career Fair Booth
This marked Puma's inaugural participation in a career fair booth. I collaborated with internal stakeholders to gather and present essential information in a clear and accessible manner. The booth featured a waiting screen with integrated iPad sign-ups, a virtual wait line displaying available positions on booth TVs, and rotating brand videos to captivate potential talent. Despite the limited space, I orchestrated the design and construction of the booth, collaborating directly with build vendors to conceptualize, create, and deliver the project within a tight 4-week timeline.
Notably, the booth was meticulously designed and engineered to be knockdown, allowing for easy disassembly and reassembly. All graphics were designed to be removable and updatable, ensuring that the booth consistently maintained a fresh and exciting appearance with current ambassadors and in line with evolving design trends. This feature was crucial as the booth had to be crated and ready to travel for three years. Managing all aspects of logistics, I ensured the timely delivery and installation of the booth, overseeing the arrival and functionality of electronic components. Additionally, I connected with the venue to address power and internet requirements. The booth garnered widespread attention, becoming the focal point of the event with attendees actively photographing and making it the most visited attraction.
PUMA Customization Event at JD Sports NYC
JD granted PUMA a dedicated space in their NYC store for hosting a customization event, with a specific emphasis on the Suede and Classics silhouettes. In shaping the event space, I drew inspiration from the vibrant NYC scene, particularly the street vendors. Props included a custom street sign, a P-U-M-A crosswalk, a distinctive PUMA cat logo crafted from thread spools, and pegboard wall. Resembling a craft room, this showcased various materials for customization. Beyond the customization area, a designated photo spot was created to keep customers engaged while waiting for their personalized items. All components were designed as part of a knock-down kit for easy transportation between locations, with graphics, including the photo setup, easily adaptable to cater to different markets. This event was so successful that the store had to end up pulling from backstock to satisfy the need.
PUMA Claw Machine
To enhance the launch of new PUMA outlet stores and infuse them with a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, I crafted a unique claw machine game featuring custom wraps. The game boasted specially tailored prizes, determined by operations. I meticulously crafted the coupons, capsules, and every graphical element essential for the game's visual aesthetics.
Additionally, I integrated a screen on the back of the machine capable of playing videos and showcasing promotions. The touch-screen functionality allowed customers to sign up for emails and engage in interactive games. As a result, this initiative generated substantial social media traction and contributed to a notable boost in sales during the grand opening events.
